The agreement between us.

These Terms govern your use of Taskezy — the marketing site at taskezy.co, the admin web app, and the WhatsApp assistant Tia (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any business you represent.

If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the admin app and over email at least 30 days before they take effect.

Taskezy is internal AI for small businesses. It captures expenses from WhatsApp messages, reconciles bank activity, produces a daily brief, and answers operational questions over WhatsApp and the admin app.

Taskezy is not the books of record. Every accounting entry is two-step: Tia extracts and proposes; you confirm and post. Invoices, bills, journal entries, payroll, and tax filings live in your ERP, not with us. If your ERP is not connected, the assistant blocks the action.

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe, and for every action taken on your account.
• You must give us accurate information about your business (legal name, jurisdiction, VAT TRN where applicable). We rely on this to invoice correctly.
• You can have multiple users and locations under one workspace. Each user’s role determines what they can ask the assistant to do.

Plans, prices, conversation caps, and overage rates are listed on /pricing. Prices are shown in USD and invoiced in the local currency of your jurisdiction (AED for the UAE, SAR for KSA, etc.) at the spot rate on the day the invoice is raised. VAT is added per jurisdiction.

Pilot pricing. Design partners 2–10 may join at USD 29 per month for six months. In return, you agree to a monthly 30-minute feedback session, two peer introductions, and willingness to be a named case study from month four. The pilot rate auto-converts to your selected tier at month seven unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Overage and caps.Conversation usage above the plan limit is billed at the rate listed on the pricing page. Usage is hard-capped at 200% of the plan limit; we alert at 80%, 100%, and 150% so you don’t see a surprise bill.

Renewals and cancellation. Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew annually. You may cancel at any time; your subscription remains active through the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial periods unless the cancellation is for a material defect we have failed to fix.

The Service is in active development. Features may change, break, and recover. We aim for high reliability — you should still keep your ERP as the source of truth, and verify any agent-suggested action before confirming. The two-step requirement on books-of-record actions is part of why we do this; do not bypass it.

You own your data. We act as a data processor for the data you give us — message content, attachments, contacts, projects, expenses, and everything Tia produces in your workspace. Our use of customer data is governed by our privacy policy.

We do notuse customer data to train machine-learning models — neither ours nor any third party’s. API traffic to our model providers is excluded from training under their commercial terms.

On termination, you may export your workspace data within 30 days. After that, we delete it on the schedule in the privacy policy.

You will not, and will not let your users:

• Use the Service to send unsolicited marketing or customer-facing chat to anyone outside your business — Taskezy is internal AI by design and by Meta policy.
• Attempt to circumvent the two-step requirement on books-of-record actions.
• Use the Service to violate any law (including UAE PDPL, KSA PDPL, FATOORA / FTA e-invoicing rules where they apply, and sanctions law).
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or clone the Service or its agent prompts.
• Probe, attack, or knowingly degrade the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to process data of children under 18, or special categories of data not necessary for legitimate business operations.

Tia is a probabilistic system. Outputs can be wrong. You agree that you will verify any agent-suggested action before confirming it, especially anything that touches money — expense entries, journal entries, bank reconciliations, VAT treatments. We will not be liable for an action you confirmed that turned out to be incorrect.

Where we operate AI on your behalf (for example, expense extraction and brief generation), you grant us the limited rights to process the relevant data. We will not retain it beyond what the privacy policy describes.

You may connect Taskezy to third-party systems (Zoho Books, Wafeq, your bank email, etc.). When you do, you authorise us to access those systems on your behalf to perform the actions the assistant is asked to perform.

Credentials and connector configuration are encrypted at rest. You may revoke any connector at any time from the admin app; doing so may disable parts of the assistant.

The Service, its design, code, prompts, and brand (Taskezy and Tia) are our property. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your subscription is active.

Anything you produce inside Taskezy — your data, your prompts to Tia, your project records, your custom configuration — remains yours.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay an undisputed invoice, or use the Service in a way that puts our infrastructure or other customers at risk. We will give notice and a chance to cure where the issue is curable.

You may terminate at any time from the admin app or by writing to hello@taskezy.co.

We provide the Service "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it reliable; we do not guarantee zero downtime, zero errors, or that Tia will produce correct outputs in every case. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service.

Our total aggregate liability under or in connection with these Terms in any 12-month period will not exceed the fees you paid us for the Service in that period.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited under UAE law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be settled by the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), unless you and we agree to arbitration in writing.
