How do I start using Taskezy?

Join the waitlist. We open pilot slots ten at a time; if you're a project-services SMB in the UAE, we'll write back within a working day to set up a 30-min call.

What's included in the pilot?

$29/mo for six months, the full Starter feature set, and concierge onboarding (we connect Zoho, migrate your projects, set up bank forwarding, and stay on for the first day of live use).

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the paid month; annual plans run through the year you've paid for. No clawback, no penalty, no email gauntlet.

How does Tia learn my style?

Tia learns the vendors, projects, and account mappings you confirm. The more expenses you post, the less editing you do. Style stays per-workspace; it doesn't leak across customers.

Will Taskezy post to my books on its own?

No. Every books-of-record action is two-step: Tia extracts and proposes, you confirm. We protect the human in the loop on VAT, journal entries, and bills — by design and by policy.

What integrations does Taskezy support?

Zoho Books in v1. Wafeq, QuickBooks, and Tally are next as pilot demand warrants. Mashreq daily statement parsing on the bank side.

Is my data secure?

Hosted in UAE/EU regions (AWS me-central / me-south for KSA enterprise). Encrypted in transit and at rest. bcrypt-hashed credentials. Customer messages excluded from model training under Anthropic commercial terms.

Do you offer custom plans for larger operations?

Yes — for multi-entity, multi-location, BYOK Anthropic, custom connectors, or KSA region requirements, get in touch and we'll scope a fit.

What if I need help getting set up?

Pilot customers get concierge onboarding for free. Starter post-launch is $99 one-time (waived first 6 months). Growth and Max bundle it. We don't ship people into a self-serve cliff.
